The Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA) gives everyone the right to request access to records held by private bodies, where this is needed to exercise or protect a right. As a payroll and HR service provider, Talentide (Pty) Ltd handles sensitive employee and client information, and our PAIA Manual explains what records we hold, how we process personal information under POPIA, and how to submit a request.
